Fixed Income Associate - 12 Month Contract How does the role impact the organization? Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a qualified individual to work in our downtown Toronto Corporate office. This role provides operational support to the fixed income and currencies trade desks. What will your role be responsible for? Troubleshoot daily reconciliation of trading positions; Respond to advisor inquiries; Update Fixed Income offerings, and regularly upload and update documents to Raymond James website;> Support advisor- and client-facing communication; Prepare and submit daily reports in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements; Identify opportunities to streamline daily operations and implement process enhancements; Assist in the implementation of critical technology initiatives as required. Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment or financial industry; A post-secondary education in economics, finance, business or related; Excellent proficiency with MS Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and Demonstrate email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills.
