Talent Acquisition Specialist - United States | Canada - IT & NON IT Recruitment Base Pay Range CA$45.00/hr - CA$45.00/hr Key Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end release plans for scheduling, planning, and controlling deployment activities. Integrate release management practices into the delivery process to ensure consistent, reliable IT services. Translate technical expertise into actionable recommendations on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. Establish infrastructure for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all release updates and changes. Provide clear and trusted communication to leadership, ensuring accuracy and confidence in release data. Manage correspondence and articulate release impacts to stakeholders. Serve as subject matter expert for Release and Deployment Management, providing guidance and remediation strategies. Identify and address communication or control failures to prevent future issues. Deliver updates and insights to senior leadership on accomplishments, challenges, and emerging trends. Manage and elevate risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams. Utilize ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence to document, manage, and track release activities. Work effectively across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Understand and apply DevOps and continuous delivery principles. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Service, or IT Project Management. 8–10 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or system development. Proven expertise documenting change and release management in ServiceNow. Strong understanding of ITSM, SAFe, and Agile frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex releases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting. Skilled in problem resolution, strategy development, and process improvement. Continuous learner with a drive to stay current on industry trends and best practices. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
