Rental Delivery Coordinator at Whistler BlackcombLocation: Whistler, BC, Canada Job Summary The Rental Delivery Specialist kick starts winter holidays for our guests by conveniently delivering equipment right to their door. Works in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always exceeds guest expectations. Trusted to work autonomously & efficiently while fulfilling reservations, as well as maintaining & developing partner relationships. Spends part of shift in employee-only store spaces assembling ski/snowboard rental equipment and maintaining shop organization. Majority of shift spent completing deliveries & fittings to hotels and residences. Requires ability to keep schedule, work in fast paced environment, minimal supervision. Job Responsibilities Receive order details and set up equipment. Organize, pack, and prepare orders with team. Drive company vehicles in winter conditions, maintain safe driving standards. Presently handle guests in residences, hotels, lodges. Fit guests to equipment, explain use. Answer guest questions about reservation, equipment, resort. Communicate with managers and team to maximize efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Perform other duties as assigned. Act as manager on duty when scheduled. Job Requirements Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Open‑minded and keen to learn new skills. Time‑management skills for a time‑sensitive delivery schedule. Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision. Minimum 18 years of age; valid driver’s licence with satisfactory motor vehicle record. Flexible schedule availability. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $22.00/hr – $25.54/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: 18 years Housing Availability: No Job Benefits Free Passes for employees; discounted lift tickets for friends & family; free ski lessons.
