We are looking for an innovative leader to head our data operations for a high‑growth D2C business. The role is based in Dubai, UAE (on‑site) with relocation assistance and visa support. Compensation Monthly salary: AED 55,000 – AED 75,000 Performance bonus: up to 25% Total annual package (tax‑free): up to AED 1,143,000 Zero personal income tax in Dubai – you keep 100% of your earnings. Location Dubai, UAE (On‑site) Role Overview You will lead our e‑commerce data operations, building and maintaining enterprise‑grade infrastructure, governance, observability frameworks, and robust tracking systems. Your architecture will support strategic decisions and ensure data reliability for a large ad spend. What You’ll Need 7+ years in digital analytics with a proven track record in high‑stakes B2C environments. Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM, server‑side tracking, e‑commerce tracking, and data pipeline architecture. Strong technical skills: SQL (advanced), Python or R for data validation. Experience with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, API integrations, and event‑driven architecture. Proficiency in building data quality systems, automated validation checks, and monitoring frameworks. Leadership capability – able to manage a 3+ person analytics team focused on quality and growth. Excellent communication – explain technical issues to non‑technical executives without oversimplifying or overcomplicating. Cross‑functional influence – work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams. The Operational Mindset Builder mentality – excited about architecting systems, not just presenting slides.
