For more information about DCL, visit www.dcl-inc.com.We are currently seeking to hire a Mechanical Designer to join our growing and well-established company.OverviewJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork as part of the Engineering group to design Emission Control Product, Silencer, and Stack & Working Platform.Collect information from our sales team and Sr. Design Engineers.3D modeling and drawings from concept to manufacturing detail.Sheet metal parts design, Tooling/Fixture design, prepare detailed production and engineering drawing.Prepare layer by layer BOM in ERP system.Perform Analytical & CAD Simulation.Communicate and follow up with different departments.Educational RequirementsDegree of Mechanical Engineering from a recognized universityEfficient with 3D modeling in SolidWorks, 2D drawings in AutoCADFamiliar with GD & T, BOM structureEfficient with Microsoft OfficeAdditional RequirementsMust be eligible to work in CanadaMin. 7 years of related working experience in mechanical design, drafting, & manufacturingMust have min. 3 years if recent continuous working experience with Solidworks.Strong working knowledge and experience to perform Analytical and CAD Simulation.
