We create science-themed stationery, apparel, and gifts for scientists and students around the world, and we also work with leading life-science companies on custom branded merchandise and campaigns.We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our online presence. You’ll work closely with the Founder and our Creative Designer to develop and execute our marketing strategy across social media, email, and paid advertising channels.Role OverviewWork with the founder to build a marketing strategy across socials, email, and advertising channelsSocial Media: Plan, film, and edit relatable and engaging content for Instagram and TikTokEmail Marketing: Plan, design, and send regular newsletters and product launch campaigns.Advertising: Generate ad concepts, visuals, and copy for Meta and other paid campaigns.Email Marketing: Plan, design, and send regular newsletters and product launch campaigns.LinkedIn: Share company updates, collaborations, and case studies to build B2B visibility.What we’re looking for1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or creative brands.Graphic design skills; ability to design visually engaging emails and social media postsExperience creating Instagram Reels and very comfortable being on social mediaProven ability to build a following on social media is a plusStrong writing and visual storytelling skillsComfortable with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics is a plusPersonality FitLoves the idea of building a brand from the ground upSelf-driven and eager to learnEnjoys small business environments and loves wearing multiple hatsCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible hoursTo ApplySend your portfolio (PDF or website), CV, and cover letter to info@sciencecollective.com.
