With a reputation built on integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence, we are proud to serve families across Vancouver and are now expanding to meet growing demand.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Dentist to join our team on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (potential to add more days in the future). This is a fast-paced, high-volume practice with approximately 100 new patients per month. The successful candidate will take over an established patient pool from a departing dentist, ensuring an instantly busy schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys comprehensive dentistry, and is committed to building long-term patient relationships.What We OfferImmediate access to a full patient pool (from departing dentist)A steady flow of new patients (~100 new patients per month)Competitive compensation (estimate monthly production 80k -100k for 3 days/week)Certified facility for IV moderate sedationA supportive, experienced clinical and administrative teamWhat We’re Looking ForDDS/DMD from an accredited dental programLicensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Dental Surgeons of BCMinimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistryMust be comfortable with all procedures of general dentistryAbility to check two columns of hygiene exams confidently while managing two staggered doctor columnsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA patient-first mindset and commitment to ethical dentistryInterest in comprehensive care and long-term treatment planningScheduleThursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (9am - 5:30pm)LocationVancouver, British Columbia, CanadaHow to ApplyIf you’re ready to join a progressive, supportive dental practice that values both its patients and its team, we’d love to hear from you.
