Our passionate team is driven by a commitment to create products that solve everyday challenges in transportation and industry, making life easier for our customers—because at Chameleon, we truly make a difference Job Scope On‑site | Full‑time | Approx. 20% travel We’re seeking a driven and customer‑focused Account Executive to develop and maintain strong partnerships within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and excellent relationship management to deliver outstanding client experiences while driving business growth. Main Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and research new sales opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, directories, etc.). Conduct outreach (calls, emails, social selling) to engage and qualify prospects. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure. Create tailored presentations and proposals for potential clients. Account Management Serve as the main contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling and expansion opportunities. Act as a client advocate within the company, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and align services with client needs. Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline activity. Meet sales and retention targets. Monitor industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs and position the company competitively. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment. Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), as the client base includes customers across Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and the United States. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales forecasting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Organized, adaptable, and results‑oriented with a strong customer focus.
