OverviewBusiness Development Representative at Cintas Canada. Focus on product line growth within existing customer accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. Transportation of product samples for presentations may be required.Note: This description reflects typical responsibilities and qualifications for the role.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed revenue goals consistently. Meet or exceed sales activity requirements. Work closely with Cintas Service Representative to leverage their relationship to increase sales and profits.Work under the guidance of the Sales Manager to sell a range of products and services to significant customers to achieve sales targets.Make effective use of sales tools, collateral materials, and product samples. Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy to accomplish sales goals and budget for the fiscal year.Work independently to collect and analyze data from customers using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.Skills / QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferredPossess a valid driver's license in good standingProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internetPreferred1+ years of sales experienceExperience in a similar sales or customer service roleAvailability to start within two weeks after offer made/acceptedBenefitsExtended health care coverage for many services not covered by the Provincial Health Care System. The range accounts for factors such as skill, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
