Chief Advisor Internal Audit

As Chief Advisor - Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for providing coaching and training; challenging audit mandate teams as to risk, scoping and extent of testing; and ensuring consistency and quality within audit files across all teams within Internal Audit. Your role Ensure quality in the audit mandates through active engagement and participation in multiple files Act as an expert advisor to your colleagues by championing best practices and continuous improvement to ensure the proper application and understanding of the audit methodology Contribute to the development of your colleagues through training, coaching, and the transfer of knowledge on the audit process and reporting Bring together the Audit teams and ensure uniform practices and documentation Your team You will join a core team which supports over 100 colleagues and will report to the co-lead Senior Directors - Internal Audit Operational Excellence and Professional Practice.
