The Role We're seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Family Physician to deliver primary care in our family medical office and occasional walk-in clinic. Our tech-driven setup, featuring online booking, AI-powered IVR and callout agents, a custom patient portal, and AI scribes for seamless note-taking, handles much of the admin heavy lifting, so you can dedicate more time to clinical excellence. OHIP billing is outsourced. Schedule: 5 days per week (37.5 hours) Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends, no after-hours call) Compensation: $150,000 - $350,000 (fee-for-service with transparent overhead split) What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to rostered and walk-in patients, supported by AI-summarized pre-visit patient forms for quicker, more informed assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with tools that automate routine tasks Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations in a streamlined, low-admin environment Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans, with AI assistance for documentation Order and interpret diagnostic tests efficiently Deliver preventive care and health education to diverse patient needs Make specialist referrals as appropriate Maintain accurate medical records in our intuitive EMR system, with outsourced billing ensuring smooth OHIP reimbursements What You'll Need Current registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Active OHIP billing number CCFP or FCFP designation (or equivalent) Current CMPA or equivalent medical liability coverage Strong clinical and communication skills Comfort working efficiently Experience in family practice is an asset, new graduates, internationally trained physicians with Canadian licensing, or American board-certified physicians are warmly encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Fee-for-service model with a fair, transparent overhead split, covering all overhead, marketing EMR, UpToDate access, outsourced billing, AI tools, and all clinic ops, for earnings that outpace FHN or other alternative models (typically $150K–$350K+ annually), without hidden fees.
