En tant que conseiller de confiance, vous aurez pour rôle de fournir une analyse exhaustive, des conseils stratégiques et un plan d’action aux clients en vue de les aider à concrétiser leur vision, tout en conciliant leurs besoins actuels et leurs objectifs.Participer à la planification stratégique et opérationnelle pour le client et la gestion de la pratique, ainsi qu’à l’élaboration de nouvelles idées et méthodes visant à améliorer les procédures de travail.

Compétences et expérience

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration des affaires, en économie, en science politique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • CMC, PMP, certification Lean ou autres certifications connexes, un atout
  • 8 ou 9 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de consultant, idéalement en prestation de services aux clients
  • Compétences solides en développement des affaires
  • Compétences éprouvées pour la gestion de projets
  • Leadership reconnu et compétences éprouvées pour la gestion de personnel et les relations interpersonnelles
  • Compétences éprouvées en planification stratégique et en raisonnement conceptuel
