Welcome to the CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG), where purpose leads to passion At CCG, we are committed to delivering an exceptional Associate experience.We OfferWork-life harmony with access to an award-winning holistic wellness programContinuous learning through our robust corporate curriculum and education reimbursement programIncredible rewards, travel incentives, and product and service discountsPay-for-performance and best-in-class recognition programsCompetitive benefits that include a defined contribution plan and personal spending accountPosition DetailsReporting to the Unit Manager, Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for the completion of operational reviews of claims files focusing on adherence to best practices and compliance.What You Will DoDocument and report on compliance adherence and update process and procedure documentsFocus on customer experience through call quality reviewsAdhere to reporting requirements related to Regulatory and Internal Compliance mattersMaintain documentation to coordinate department level workflows, audit processes, and associated complianceMaintain awareness of industry trends and changes to ensure Echelon is prepared to respond in a manner consistent with our vision and valuesSupport Senior Quality Assurance Specialists in delivering on the quality assurance goalsChampion change and continuous improvement, thinking creatively to identify issues and resolve challenges within the Claims DepartmentParticipate in special projects, targeted reviews, assignments, and other duties as assignedWho You Are3-5 years of a variety of claims experience (Auto PD, Accident Benefits, Property, Bodily Injury and Vendor) in the insurance industryPrior experience with file review and call quality audits with knowledge of Claims MonitorExperienced in creation and management of workflow processes with strong data analytics skillsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance and claims workflows and proceduresPost-secondary education in Insurance Management, Business Administration, related field, or industry experience is preferredCIP / FCIP designation or working towards completion is preferredPlease note: Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days of position being posted.Our CommitmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to provide employment accommodation in accordance with all applicable Provincial Human Rights and Accessibility Legislation.
