We are committed to excellence and sustainability and are now looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager. This role is remote with occasional client visits and flexibility to work outside standard business hours. MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA, TO BE CONSIDERED. Key Responsibilities Play a key role in driving domestic sales and profitability for our brand/product. Deliver new opportunities to the business via pipeline development. Maintain a regular call and visit schedule for dealer stores and sales associates. Manage the brand and product portfolio sold into retailers. Execute all of our brand/product promotions with dealer stores. Forecast monthly sales by brand and retailer. Create a strategic business plan in conjunction with retailers and territory. Manage positive customer and end‑user relationships. Deliver brand/product presentations to owners and buyers. Train sales associates on new product launches and brand initiatives. Negotiate contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in all sales initiatives and activities for independent accounts. Basic Qualifications University/College graduate in business/marketing or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in consumer durable goods; home appliance industry knowledge is preferred. Assertive, results‑driven individual who works well in a team and independently. Demonstrates initiative, stamina, and perseverance with an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent selling and solid negotiation skills. Complete business fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a great asset. Strong computer and analytical skills; SAP knowledge is an asset. Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial measurements. Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional customer relations, and networking abilities. Must currently reside in the region of Toronto North / East to be considered.
