Creative Producer – Dominion Dynamics Location: Remote (Canada) Reports to: COO Type: Part-Time About Dominion Dynamics Dominion Dynamics is building Canada’s first modern defence prime: software‑defined, attritable, and sovereign. We believe tomorrow’s military power won’t hinge on exquisite platforms, but on the seamless coordination of adaptable, AI‑driven capabilities across every domain. We’re building that family of systems, fielded with operators, sovereign by design, and accountable to Canada’s democratic values. We move fast, deploy with the CAF, especially in the Arctic, and operate with uncompromising respect for Canadian law, treaty obligations, and the CAF community. Our founding team includes former operators from Anduril, Google, Amazon, and the Canadian Armed Forces. We’re building hard tech in hard places and looking for system‑level thinkers who thrive at the intersection of autonomy, aerospace, and national security. The Role You’ll be the hands‑on creative operator shaping how Dominion looks and feels in motion. Working with engineers, operators, and strategists, you’ll translate abstract concepts into launch videos, product renderings, and recruiting assets; managing projects end‑to‑end to deliver polished, on‑brand work that elevates our story. Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, operators, and strategists to visualize Dominion’s technology. Produce short 3D and motion‑graphic videos for launches, recruiting, and investor content. Turn complex systems into clear, cinematic stories; from product renderings to campaign clips. Manage the creative process from concept to delivery, keeping projects on track and polished. Build a portfolio of work at the intersection of design, technology, and national purpose. Qualifications Strong skills in After Effects (motion graphics, compositing, animation). Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D preferred; Blender, Maya, or Houdini welcome). Solid understanding of storytelling, typography, and visual rhythm. Excellent organization and communication with the ability to move between creative and technical teams. A growth‑oriented mindset and the ability to self‑direct.
