Change Management and Communications Lead IV Work Arrangement: Hybrid Why Join Us? We’re looking for an experienced Change Management and Communications Lead to help shape the future of our organization. In this role, you’ll design and drive strategies that successfully embed technology, process, and cultural transformations across the business. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the team, you’ll lead change initiatives that span multiple business functions and stakeholder groups — ensuring smooth transitions, clear communications, and measurable results. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies and plans Applying Enbridge’s change methodology to guide project implementation Engaging stakeholders to assess and manage complex change impacts Building change capability within project teams and coaching senior leaders on sponsorship effectiveness What You Bring to the Team Must-Have Skills and Experience Post‑secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale change initiatives in complex organizations Change Management certification (Prosci preferred) Proven ability to develop and implement strategies covering sponsorship, engagement, communication, training, resistance management, sustainment Sound Like You?
