OverviewDirector of account digital trust and security – Online Services at Ubisoft. This role leads the team responsible for Ubisoft’s digital trust and security strategy for player accounts, ensuring a secure, trustful, and seamless player experience while mitigating reputational and regulatory risks.ResponsibilitiesVision – Ensure consistency of the entire account security and trust ecosystem, from policies to day-to-day operations and stakeholder prioritization.Build and guide the development of the monitoring systems framework to proactively monitor the player account experience for trust and security.Drive necessary tools and products roadmaps based on policies and operations insights, including monitoring and player-facing flows.Shape and evolve the Account Trust and Security Centre transversal team organization.Strategy – Develop a strong vision for player account trust and security grounded in operational reality and a player-first mindset, leveraging feedback, market trends, and user research.Translate the vision into an actionable 360-degree strategy with support from Account Trust and Security stakeholders.Use insights to define product and tool development priorities and operational improvements (through objectives and KPIs).Build and manage the team involved in account digital trust and security, including capacity and structure planning.Be accountable for the overall health of the player account system in relation to Ubisoft Creatives Houses, Ubisoft Group, and players.Operations – Proactive monitoring of the account ecosystem health; interpret 360 weak signals to anticipate incidents and define preventive actions.Lead incident management and crisis response, applying lessons learned to strengthen the framework.Metrics and Observability – Structure and orchestrate contributions from policies to technical development and operational execution across transversal teams (Security Risk Management, Customer Relationship Center, Legal, Corporate Communications, Player Safety), and maintain alignment on policies, tools roadmaps, and incident management.Governance and Stakeholders – Lead and mentor a transversal team (e.g., Live Ops and Incident Management, Data Analysts, Live QA); drive cross-functional collaboration; make clear decisions in proactive and reactive modes; accountable for the team’s value and ROI, including reporting to top management.QualificationsWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in management or administration.Senior leadership experience at director level with strong exposure to digital industry, compliance contexts, live operations, and team and stakeholder management.Strong decision-making abilities with a combination of analytical/ROI mindset and influential leadership.Multidisciplinary problem-solving approach spanning technical, operational, player experience, and compliance challenges.Additional InformationUbisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six to Just Dance and more.
