We are methodology agnostic, mastering agile, scrum, kanban, Scaled Agile Framework®, and hybrid approaches. Requirements Six+ years’ experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software company. Influenced or defined the detailed go‑to‑market process used to achieve product and business goals. Learned complex software applications and workflow methodologies. Written clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices. Independently resolved hard challenges. Additionally, you have recently worked in product management or a similar role that was directly responsible for building software. You prefer working with customers over defining requirements and guiding development work. Responsibilities Guide the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software. Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks. Guide customers from initial demo to active subscription, through procurement, legal, and security processes. Share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps. Help customers integrate Aha software with their existing tools. Share customer feedback internally. Test new product functionality as needed. Mentor newer team members in demos, best practices, and integrations. Benefits The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $100,000 and $170,000. Cash‑based compensation includes profit sharing, and a percentage of your total pay each month toward retirement. Medical, dental, and vision plans (many teammates have 100% premium coverage). Up to 200 hours of paid time off a year. 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave and 5 to 10 days of paid care and bereavement leave. Up to $1,000 annually for third‑party education, plus paid time off to learn. Volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Base salary and total compensation depend on experience and past roles.
