The Inventory Control Clerk will perform an array of administrative duties that facilitate the day‑to‑day operations of Warehouse and Order Desk teams.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Warehouse and Order Desk teams in dealing with AP/invoicing concernsProvide support to Warehouse and Order Desk teams in dealing with shipping errors/concerns from vendorsComplete regularly‑occurring reporting as requiredEnsure compliance with and suggest appropriate changes to internal controlsCreation of Purchase Orders & Sales Orders as requiredSupport in inventory management including data entry, adjustments and other transactionsSupport in managing Inventory CatalogueProvide task‑oriented support to Warehouse/Order Desk teams to support as requiredOther related duties incidental to the work described hereinQualificationsExperience with Purchasing/Inventory Management a benefitIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and OutlookExperience and knowledge related to Invoicing and Accounts PayableDemonstrated ability to use technology to add value to our workFamiliarity with NetSuite an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyHigh level of integrity and work ethicStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage a fluctuating workload and set priorities to meet deadlinesResults oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem identification and problem resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environmentAbility to work with little or no supervision; ability to use good judgment and take initiativeAttention to health/safety of self and co‑workersBenefitsEmployee Referral ProgramWhereas other companies are downsizing, we are growingBe #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leaderA true ability to leave your mark and not just be a cog in a giant machineOffice environment, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
