OverviewFrette is seeking Sales Specialists for our new boutique opening in the Yorkville neighborhood in Toronto, December 2025.Sales Specialists are responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service per Frette standards. They achieve their individual sales goals by ensuring that each client receives outstanding service and maintains a strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the qualities of the Frette brand. The Sales Specialist is responsible for the Acquisition and Retention of Clients as well as Operations, as described below. Frette expects all employees to be team players, maintaining a high degree of integrity and contributing to a positive environment that is fun, professional, and productive.Employees are required to contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards consistently while ensuring a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and commitment to an elevated selling ceremony.All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Hourly pay rate for this role is $22 - $25 CAD plus commission and bonus. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with known disabilities unless it would result in undue hardship to the company.ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and RetentionMeet company and personal sales goals by upholding Frette’s selling ceremonies and fostering client relationships.Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of service to the client.Capture client data per Frette’s CRM guidelines to complete authentic and personal client outreach, develop rapport, and generate lasting relationships for client acquisition and retention.Handle client inquiries across all channels, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging.Perform sales and register transactions including ringing purchases (in-person/phone/email), processing payments, and counting money.Create quotes using Frette branded templates and coordinate bespoke services or alterations to fulfill client orders.Offer and execute Frette’s white glove services, including home consultations and installations, to build add-on sales and client relations.Demonstrate pride and commitment for the brand and clients, treating everyone professionally, courteously, and respectfully.Maintain awareness of all marketing activations to maximize ROI.OperationsOpen/close procedures, cash handling, charge sends, returns and exchanges, resolve client concerns, and complete required reporting.Process new shipments and help keep receiving and back stock organized.Maintain visual standards including VM rotations, bed changes, and daily cleanliness standards.Participate in bi-annual inventory.Liaise with IT on helpdesk-related inquiries.Skills and QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design.Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills; ability to manage competing priorities.Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.Entrepreneurial spirit with self-drive and teamwork.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with good judgment.Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high standards of performance.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move items up to 40 lbs with appropriate equipment.Ability to maneuver around the boutique floor and stock areas.Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and ladder safety.Location and Job DetailsYorkville, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
