Job Description Position: Sonographer (Full-Time) Department: Diagnostic Imaging Program Site: Mississauga Hospital (must be able to work at all three sites, may be required to cross‑train). Hours: All shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends & on‑call as required). Role Level: AT09.3 ($36.84 to $51.77). Responsibilities Perform and interpret abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, breast imaging and small parts examinations. Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuro‑sonography and vascular imaging (asset). Assist in interventional biopsy procedures. Perform portable exams. Qualifications Completed a Sonography program from a recognized institution. Registered and in good standing with CMRITO. Current hospital experience preferred. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Superior organizational skills, multi‑tasking abilities with good attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to stay current within the profession. Excellent attendance and performance record required. Experience with PACS and HIS systems preferred.
