Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods from manufacturers to customers, managing inbound containers, outgoing freight & parcel shipments. The responsibilities also include managing and selecting third‑party logistics providers & managing KPIs to ensure efficient daily operations and meeting order delivery requirements. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, process to optimize supply chain operations. Job Duties Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers. Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance. Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements. Track shipments from overseas factories and coordinate with factories, carriers and customers to ensure timely shipments. Update stakeholders on shipment status. Work with 3PLs to ensure warehouse throughput for inbound goods and avoid D&D charges. Mange inland transportation companies cost and on‑time delivery. Monitor and mitigate inbound & outbound risks. Manage outbound customer deliveries and expansion of large appliance domestic business. Warehouse inventory management. Manage freight, shortage and other claims. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and reduce cost within the logistics process. Complete any other additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Multitasker with strong organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving & decision‑making skills. With the ability to be efficient in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in logistics software & systems. Deep understanding of logistics operations, supply chain principles, transportation regulations, inventory management & vendor management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
