We're looking for a driven Commercial Account Broker to join our growing Accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-centered insurance professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. We’re boldly going where no insurance broker has gone before Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a book of business by servicing existing clients and welcoming new ones, providing guidance and an unmatched customer experience. Bonus: there's no cold calling or prospecting required—we provide the leads and accounts. Responsibilities Support and effectively onboard new customers to your base of accounts. Carefully review all new submissions and policy data for accuracy and handle policy changes. Manage the existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large and complex accounts. Upsell and cross-sell the current book of business. Process remarkets. Requirements Valid broker license for your province and 1+ years of P&C experience. Previous commercial broking experience is strongly preferred. Professional development: CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus. Client-first communication: Skilled at translating complex insurance concepts into simple, clear language that clients appreciate. Workflow efficiency: Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools to streamline workflows and manage high-volume client data.
