Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Support Executive to join our remote team in Canada. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our sales team and clients, providing exceptional online support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to online sales inquiries via email, chat, and other digital communication channels. Assist the sales team with order processing, product information, and follow-ups to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall customer experience. Generate reports on sales performance, client queries, and trends to support strategic decisions. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Knowledge of basic online sales and e-commerce processes is an advantage. Experience Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or online sales is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and digital commerce are encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible full-time schedule.
