If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and bonus structure is waiting for youThis position is a B2B Sales Executive responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with account managers and the sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. If you are on the right track you should easily be able to bring home $50,000-$100,000+ in your first year.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential clientsInitiate the sales process by making cold calls, field visits, scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentationsClose sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contactsConduct a minimum of 30 hours prospecting each weekUtilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer informationMaintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRMMaintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with Clients, co-workers, and supervisorsOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications2+ years outside B2B sales experience; outside sales experience preferredDemonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, e.g., 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)Strong prospecting and territory development skillsProficiency in CRM systems with strong data entry and organization of sales dataPrior sales training certificate preferred (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie)Experience closing short-cycle B2B salesOutgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitudeOrganized within a defined sales process with ability to move clients from prospect to closeExcellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meetingAbility to coordinate team activities with operations and marketing teamsStrong MS Office skillsBenefitsCity Wide Facility Solutions offers competitive fixed compensation plus commission based on results, 39 hours per week.
