Primary PurposeA technical sales specialist – Microbulk Applications who will drive all aspects of microbulk applications and selling programs in Western Canada. Key Accountabilities Lead sales calls, create customer presentations, and perform customer site surveys as per Linde policies. Serve as subject matter expert on Microbulk equipment, systems, and applications for Western Canada. Generate new business growth in Microbulk applications. Perform market analysis and develop strategies to grow the business. Collaborate closely with regional metal fabrication productivity specialists and Territory Managers in a team solution approach. Secure long‑term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements. Conduct site surveys at customers’ locations, adhering to Linde POIS standards. Improve the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions. Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches. Maintain a list of target accounts in the customer relationship management system. Conduct competitive intelligence. Demonstrate products to new account customers. Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience Prefer 5‑7 years of outside sales experience. Technical knowledge of Microbulk applications. Ability to learn and uncover new applications for gases. Ability to present to customers and lead professional presentations at all levels of an organization.
