A planner who thrives on details, deadlines, and dazzling results? We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who can bring creativity, structure, and energy to every campaign. You’ll be the driving force behind our events, programs, and communications — connecting people, managing logistics, and ensuring every experience leaves a lasting impression. From nationwide conferences to virtual learning sessions, you’ll be the one making sure everything runs seamlessly from concept to curtain call. What You’ll Do Coordinate logistics for all national events, from live conferences to webcasts. Source and book venues, manage catering, AV, décor, and travel arrangements. Create and manage event registration sites, mobile event apps, and digital invitations. Collaborate with speakers and vendors to deliver flawless event experiences. Act as the onsite or virtual event lead — ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. Manage the COMPLETE Education Program, including in-person sessions, online courses, and webcasts. Develop, update, and organize course content in our online library. Work closely with the VP of Marketing & Program Development to identify new opportunities and enhance program engagement. Support brand initiatives through creative tools such as recipe videos, supplier webcasts, and digital resources. Measure & Improve Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to assess event success. Prepare detailed reports and propose enhancements based on key learnings. Stay ahead of trends in event management and virtual learning — bringing innovative ideas to the table. Partner with internal teams to align events and campaigns with brand goals. Provide marketing support to Account and Sales Managers across Canada. Maintain consistent communication and project documentation to ensure smooth execution. What You Bring Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination. Proficiency in event management software (Cvent), email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar), and webcast platforms (ON24). Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Stellar organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (bilingual in English/French is an asset). Confident public speaker and facilitator for live and virtual events. Creative problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and high attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Experience with photography, video editing, and content creation. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for measuring campaign success. Adaptability to changing circumstances and evolving project needs. Other Details Some travel required for events and meetings across Canada. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Occasional flexibility with hours to accommodate event schedules.
