Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program Manager Join to apply for the Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program Manager role at Oxford International Education Group. Oxford International Career College is seeking a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program Manager to lead and grow our CCA program in Halifax. This position blends academic leadership, operational management, and strategic program development to ensure excellence, compliance, and innovation in healthcare education. Responsibilities Academic & Faculty Leadership Oversee curriculum delivery, instructional quality, and program alignment with provincial and industry standards. Support and mentor instructors, lead team meetings, and foster student success. Placement Coordination Collaborate with healthcare partners to manage student placements, ensure site quality, and address placement or performance concerns. Instruction & Scheduling Teach specialized courses as needed (up to 20% of role). Manage course schedules, instructor assignments, and lab coordination. Administrative & Compliance Oversight Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports for internal and external audits. Program Growth & Strategic Development Lead initiatives to scale the CCA program, develop new delivery models (hybrid, online, micro-credentials), and build partnerships to enhance graduate outcomes. Oversee budgets, resources, and P&L performance while upholding quality and efficiency across all program areas. Person Specification Education Registered Nurse (BScN required; Master’s an asset). Experience Minimum 5 years in healthcare, with 2–3 years in education, training, or academic management. Experience in post-secondary or private career college environments preferred. Skills Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Business acumen and advanced financial literacy. Growth mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle). Assets Experience in curriculum design, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within healthcare education.
