But nobody was available to help, not even the team lead that hired me. So I had to figure everything out myself the hard way (wasted a lot of time and money…) But I was determined to be good at mortgage brokering. So I went all in. Resources were available, but that took me a long time to distill. In the next few years, I funded over $100m mortgages, helped over 120 borrowers. It was a uphill battle for a lone wolf, but I did it. So fast forward to today’s hiring, with that in mind, I am making a commitment to be a resource, to help newer agents grow your business. Give me a chance to be the person that I needed in 2019. We are actively recruiting Mortgage Agent Level 1, Level 2 and Mortgage Brokers. As this position is 100% commission‑based. You get the freedom to work from anywhere you like, on a schedule that works for you, with unlimited earning potential and no one to report to. What We Offer: Dedicated Support: Comprehensive training on marketing, borrower screening, underwriting. Access to Principal Broker and underwriters to discuss deals. Lender Access: We have most of the mainstream B lenders and have great working relationships with private lenders and commercial lenders. Simple (Yet Effective) Technology: We use simple, effective and affordable software. Less time spent on learning software means you have more time to build relationships that turn into business. Competitive Splits: Agents/Brokers are the ones doing the actual work. You deserve to be paid more. Underwriting: Full‑time underwriter available to help you put deals together and explore possible solutions for your borrowers. Flexible Work Environment: You can work at any location you like. Growth Opportunities: On top of the brokerage, we are venturing into other real estate businesses, such as lending and developments. About the Role: Licensing and Certification Requirements: Mortgage Agent Level 1, Level 2 and Mortgage Broker license. License must be in good standing. Understanding compliance and regulatory requirements in Ontario. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with clients, lenders, and peers. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files effectively. Proficient time management to meet deadlines and drive client satisfaction. Familiarity with mortgage platforms and industry‑specific technology is an asset. Interested?
