Quality Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Quality Specialist to support a top aerospace client on a part‑time basis. As a Quality Specialist in the Supply Management Quality group, you’ll play a key role in enhancing global supplier performance. Responsibilities Analyze data to identify root causes of product escapes and OEM interventions Lead corrective action initiatives and process improvements Conduct supplier process walks and drive process maturity Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues Escalate and follow up on roadblocks to ensure timely resolution Required Skills and Experience Technical diploma + 10 years experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, or Quality Strong experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) Location Longueuil, QC Schedule 24–32 hours/week | Flexible shifts (Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Monday) Remote Weekend shifts can be worked remotely Compensation $35-45/hr + full benefits package Benefits Benefit packages will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
