You will work with people passionate about our clients and communities. Responsibilities Execute implementation of new business, liaising with various business units and conducting client onboarding sessions. Deliver presentations to employee groups to facilitate enrolment and/or introduce their Group Benefits (in person or remote). Meet with plan administrators to train and educate them on effective methods of plan administration. Lead customer workshops and training around product updates & new features. Build and maintain successful and lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Respond to benefit plan inquiries and resolve escalated inquiries from Plan Sponsors, Advisors/Consultants and internal department contacts. Initiate amendment requests for existing groups ensuring information is complete and outstanding requirements are obtained. Provide expertise on Co-operators’ digital experience for group benefits clients and highlight key features and functionality. Support group benefits clients in driving adoption of our digital tools and experiences among their plan members. Coordinate the renewal process, including rate confirmation and preparation of finalized renewal documentation. Share expertise and support the team and business partners to meet business needs and recommend improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Group Insurance and/or client services experience. Post‑secondary diploma in a related discipline is an asset; GBA designation or working toward it is an asset. Thorough knowledge of group benefits and product offerings, including understanding how federal and provincial health and disability plans impact private insurance plans and risk factors affecting group benefits. Valid driver’s licence. How You Will Succeed Influence change and commit to continuous improvement to exceed client expectations.
