Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, creating strategic business development plans, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve company growth objectives. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and market trends effectively Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships Proficiency in lead generation and market research Outstanding customer service skills to provide tailored support to clients Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities Experience in the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on artificial lift is required.
