We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admissions Director to oversee student enrollment, manage records, and serve as the first point of contact for prospective families. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our mission by maintaining student data, managing communications, and collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions process.Enrollment Management: Oversee student registration and enrollment processes using Finalsite (formerly known as SchoolAdmin) software.Monitor and manage enrollment numbers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Maintain and safeguard student records in compliance with legal standards using PASI and Finalsite.Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across all student records.Conduct tours of the school, explaining our self-directed learning philosophy and unique offerings.Collaborate with all other departments to align enrollment strategies with school goals.Participate in the planning and execution of tours, expos, open houses, and other community outreach events.System and Software Administration: Post-secondary education in administration, education, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.Sales experience is a major asset, particularly in roles involving direct communication with prospective clients or stakeholders.Experience in private or independent school settings.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team-oriented environment.
