Insurance Manager, Client Service Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Salary: CA$75,000.00 – CA$85,000.00 Employment type: Full-time Our client, a respected and growing insurance brokerage, is seeking an Insurance Manager, Client Service to lead and support their Commercial and Personal Lines servicing teams. This leadership role is key to ensuring operational consistency, technical accuracy, and exceptional client service across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, the Manager will oversee team performance, service delivery, and system utilization, while fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Though primarily an internal role, this position will also work directly with clients on complex accounts and escalations as needed.
