OverviewRetail Lead – evoevo is a leading multi‑channel retail brand with a focus on community, outdoor lifestyle, and action sports. The Retail Lead will oversee the store environment, ensure service agreements are met, and maintain an excellent customer experience that reflects evo’s values.ResponsibilitiesThe Retail Lead is primarily responsible for:Managing store associates and fostering a positive, productive work environment.Using data and analytics to drive informed decision‑making.Ensuring the overall customer and employee experience is exceptional.Implementing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and employee motivation.Collaborating with the store manager and peer leads to execute retail priorities.Facilitating clear communication channels so all team members are aligned with organizational goals.Building trust‑based relationships with team members, providing feedback, setting goals, and celebrating achievements.Providing resources to the team so the business excels, continually assessing needs, managing expenses, and aligning with company strategies to deliver an outstanding retail experience.Cultivating a growth mindset employee experience and contributing positively to the local community.Communicating with brands, team members, and customers on product inquiries, concerns, and warranties.Qualifications – Must Haves3 years of experience managing diverse teams and a strong passion for employee growth and development.1 year of successful retail management experience in a complex, multi‑channel specialty retail environment.Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Adaptability, attention to detail, cash handling, communication, conflict resolution, customer service, loss prevention, multitasking, problem‑solving, sales and marketing, teamwork, technology use, and time management.Embodies, honors, and lives evo’s core values – The Great 8.Qualifications – Nice to HaveFamiliarity with POS systems and inventory management software.EEO Statementevo is an equal‑opportunity employer.
