Their Technology Integration practice requires an experienced IT Senior Manager focused on leading projects in the areas of SAP Basis, SAP development, and custom development. Experience with implementation and testing of disaster recovery solutions would be of benefit. Applicants must have extensive consulting experience in providing ERP technology solutions with strategic IT guidance as well as application management with specific knowledge in SAP and large-scale infrastructure solutions. p>
A Senior Manager plays a key role in growing current services in their market. The primary mandate for this role includes increasing market share by developing and executing business development strategies as well as delivering top-quality work to clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a diverse team of highly talented Consultants in a cross-functional environment, taking a lead role in delivering consulting services to high-growth organizations. A Senior Manager creates long-term relationships at a senior client level and has strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies. This role employs a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability. You will execute a client service plan on complex engagements and work closely with the Partners in exceeding our client's expectations while identifying and mitigating business risks associated with projects.
Senior Managers network broadly to attract talent to the firm and are accountable for the development and recognition of current staff. p>
As well, you will participate in the development and delivery of training programs and act as a mentor and coach for teams of consultants by providing formal reviews and ongoing feedback while providing consistent recognition and support to team members.
Required Experience and Educational Background:
- Advanced credentials in business, information technology, and/or Financial Services, Public Sector or Utilities
- Must have 5+ years in a senior position within one of these industries or previous consulting experience
- Experience in design, selection, and implementation of SAP solutions
- Strong information management and technology background
- Proven skills in business development
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Existing network and exceptional reputation in the marketplace
- Extensive travel within North America may be required in this role
