Job Title Senior Product Manager Your Experience 7+ years of product management experience at a growing software or technology company. Proven success driving trial‑to‑paid conversion and measurable product growth. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve product success. Strong go‑to‑market content creation that sparks customer interest. History of major SaaS product accomplishments in enterprise, productivity, or collaboration markets. Strategic thinking with detail orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset. Deep curiosity and motivation to leverage AI for improved product development. Customer empathy and design‑focused approach to create lovable user experiences. Responsibilities Interact directly with customers to surface true needs. Collaborate with product and company leadership to define the roadmap. Lead a cross‑functional team toward product and business success. Identify opportunities for AI‑enhanced capabilities. Prioritize product functionality based on goals and customer needs. Work with UX and engineering to design and deliver outstanding experiences. Develop core positioning and messaging for new releases. Coordinate go‑to‑market activities. Measure the adoption of new features. Support Customer Success to showcase value to customers. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range for U.S. hires: $130 – $180k. Cash compensation includes profit sharing and a monthly retirement contribution.
