A combination of other education and experience can be considered.10+ years in product or software development management, ideally in a multidisciplinary, technology‑driven environment.Demonstrated ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships in a product‑driven environment, connecting software development to manufacturing, support, and customer outcomes.Strong technical background with proven experience leading software teams and delivering complex projects. You must know how to deliver a product from A to Z working with various teams and remote sites (Canada‑USA‑Europe).Solid programming knowledge, particularly in C#, with the ability to engage effectively in technical discussions and design decisions.Proven track record of successfully delivering high‑impact products or programs. Not only working on features but being able to deliver a product. Product and project planning is a must.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development tools.Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
