OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director, Communications to lead internal and external communications across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned, hands-on communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, brand reputation, and employee engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in communications, including spokesperson roles.Proven track record in strategic communications.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Experience working in a complex, multi-industry organization is an asset.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.Oversee internal communications programs to enhance employee engagement and alignment.Manage digital and social media presence, including content strategy and performance analytics.Collaborate with senior leadership to support executive communications and thought leadership.Guide and mentor a high-performing communications team.Build relationships with media, community partners, and industry stakeholders.Monitor emerging trends and proactively identify communication opportunities and risks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
