Put your future in motionResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and products to support end-users on business planning and decision making.Maintain BI technology, analytical solutions and related components used in BI products.Research development, reporting and analytical technologies to recommend and validate refinements to the BI strategy and support implementation.Serve as a liaison between end users and the business information team, providing resolution and analytical support through client interactions and requests.EducationDiploma in computer science from a recognized institute of technology including courses in database design, programming, business and systems analysis.QualificationsThree (3) years of recent related experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, information management or analytics.Client-focused capability and experience producing information products with a variety of BI tools.Up to one (1) year in the position to become familiar with TransLink’s information systems, policies, procedures, environment and user requirements, as well as corporate road maps and data models.Other InformationExperience working with SQL is an asset for this role.Recruitment ProcessAn applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used, including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.Work Schedule37.5 hours per week. This is a full‑time temporary position with an expected end date of July 31, 2026.Work DesignationHybrid – the position offers flexibility of working both on‑site and remotely within B.C.Rate of PaySalary $8,236 – $9,896 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
