We are expanding our team and are currently recruiting for a bi-lingual (English and French) Mental Wellbeing Practitioner. This role will focus on supporting the delivery and management of our French Language platform as part of our Canadian contracts and will be remote/home-office based.Key ResponsibilitiesMental Health Practitioners are experienced in supporting emotionally or psychologically vulnerable adults to manage their own distress. You will provide empathetic support and encouragement online through listening, questioning and engagement. You will convey complex and emotionally sensitive ideas through written content.Candidate ProfileYou are a currently licensed mental health providerYou are bilingual/fluent in English and FrenchYou are experienced in working with risk, understanding risk mitigation and escalation, and respecting professional boundariesYou have the ability to remain calm and make clear decisions under pressure and to manage graphic content without judgementYou are available for a minimum of two 6 hour shifts a week, with some flexibility to cover weekend and evening shifts (our service is 24/7, so we offer flexible working patterns)You are flexible and willing to contribute, where you can, to ad-hoc out of hours support for our French platform and be able to offer cover on an overtime basisWork Remotely: Flexible hours and work from homeEmployee Assistance Program15 days paid vacation leave (prorated for part-time employees) + stat holidays + birthday day offAt Togetherall, we recognise and celebrate difference.
