Laboratory Analyst – Pinchin, Mississauga, ON Ready to take your career to the next level? Pinchin is looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join our dynamic Asbestos Lab in Mississauga, ON. You will report to the Laboratory Manager and play a key role in delivering accurate lab analysis and maintaining the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals with strong microscopy skills and a passion for precision in laboratory work. A Day In Life Perform analysis of building materials and insulation samples for asbestos content by Polarized Light Microscopy Enter data and prepare reports Conduct quality control of samples from both internal and external sources What You Bring To The Pinchin Team Diploma or university degree in a related discipline Strong background in laboratory procedures and/or microscopy Ability to differentiate the full spectrum of visible colour Knowledge of Polarized Light Microscopy and Optical Mineralogy is considered an asset Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered an asset Be detail‑oriented, able to develop and maintain a highly organized work environment, and to effectively prioritize tasks Ability to work in a busy environment Strong verbal and written communication skills What’s In It For You We offer competitive salaries and great benefits.
