About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Content Specialist to shape how the world sees Smart Working. From brochures, one-pagers, campaigns, and video scripts to sales decks and social assets, your words will bring our brand, products, and ideas to life. This role is ideal for a confident, self-driven B2B content professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments. You’ll transform strategy into sharp, engaging copy that drives commercial outcomes — and like us, you have zero tolerance for mediocrity. You hold yourself and others to the highest standards of clarity, quality, and creativity in every deliverable. Responsibilities Write clear, compelling content for sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, campaigns, video scripts, emails, and social assets. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams, as well as external partners, to ensure consistent messaging and tone. Simplify complex or technical ideas into crisp, persuasive narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Support campaign execution from concept to delivery, ensuring every asset aligns with brand voice and commercial goals. Refine tone, storytelling, and clarity across all content touchpoints. Provide editorial feedback and uphold high-quality standards across all published materials. Requirements 7+ years of experience in B2B content, ideally in tech, SaaS, or fast-paced marketing environments. Exceptional writing and editing skills — you obsess over flow, clarity, and grammar. Proven ability to translate technical or complex topics into engaging, results-driven content. Strong communicator — able to collaborate across teams and give/receive feedback constructively. Organised, proactive, and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and owning deliverables. Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with global teams. Nice to Have Experience creating content for IT, technical, or talent management audiences. Background in brand storytelling and sales enablement materials. Exposure to fintech, private equity, or consulting industries (preferred but not required).
