Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. This Role In Summary Whirlpool is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Territory Manager. The Central sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and executing sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. The role is accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding the customer base. Your Responsibilities Will Include Partner with other stakeholders to develop merchandising and promotional programs Ensure flawless execution of merchandising, advertising, and trade program plans from the buying center office down to the retail floor Work directly with senior buyers, owners and merchandisers of large accounts Present and coordinate merchandising programs and promotions and provide training for retail sales associates Develop account base and growth opportunities Achieve sales targets for the territory Prepare and maintain a business and profit plan through the strategic customer management process Manage established promotional and merchandising program budgets Travel (up to 50%) and work occasional evenings and/or weekends as necessary Minimum Requirements Associate’s Degree 3+ years experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management Preferred Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Business 3 to 5 years of previous strategic sales and/or marketing experience Experience in business negotiations Experience measuring against P&L Experience in developing growth initiatives and executing with business partners Experience working with Google Suite, Tableau, Anaplan, Excel What We Offer Flexible Benefits (including Healthcare Expense and Wellness accounts, Income Protection – LTD, AD&D, Life Insurance) Parental Top Up Plan Family Building Support Benefit Whirlpool Additional Designated Holidays (2 extra company‑paid holidays) Employee Assistance Program Retiree benefits, Savings Plans, Defined Contribution Pension Plan Employee Discount Eligible for annual bonus Additional Benefits Always On Flexibility – You will have the autonomy to manage personal, family, and outside‑of‑work commitments as needed.
