As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Leasing Specialist to join our team. Position Summary We are looking for a results-oriented Leasing Specialist with a strong background in residential real estate or property management. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, is self-motivated, and is excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute all aspects of the leasing process, including lead follow-up, property tours, application processing, and lease signing Create and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase leasing conversion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor properties, and pricing Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure units are move-in ready and effectively promoted Track leasing metrics and report on performance to senior management Assist in planning and executing resident events and community engagement initiatives Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related real estate role Strong sales and customer service background with a demonstrated ability to close leases Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Comfortable using property management software and CRM tools OACIQ license (preferred) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management We are committed to equal employment opportunity for all people and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
