Inside Sales Account Manager

Midland Transport is currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to be based at our Dorval Terminal. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within Quebec region and ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service and support through effective communication, teamwork, and accountability. Midland limits the number of positions requiring knowledge of a language other than French as much as possible in Québec. English proficiency is required only where necessary for job duties.Responsibilities:Provide superior quality service to customers through every interactionPlan and execute weekly call schedules to maximize territory growth and valueProspect potential or existing partners and promote Midland servicesGenerate and qualify leads to grow revenue for the Quebec region and beyondIdentify and secure new customers in your territory while growing existing customer baseShare marketplace intelligence and new partnership opportunities with the sales team and actively contribute during team calls and eventsSource truckload opportunities to support network efficienciesBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline and successfully close opportunitiesDevelop and present transport solutions to customers, including pricing and corporate materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
