Your opportunity to help build a robust Orthopaedic service in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, a vibrant city of 13,000 serving a catchment area of 70,000. We are seeking a General Orthopaedic Surgeon with skills in Primary THA and Primary TKA. You would also run a fracture clinic once a week. There are presently two Orthopedic Surgeons in Fort St John (75 km away). Dawson Creek has a new hospital build underway and we anticipate it opening in 2027. The new hospital will have an MRI. Currently, Dawson Creek And District Hospital Is a Full Service Community Hospital That Provides Service To Dawson Creek And Surrounding Communities. It Has 31 Acute Care Beds And 15 Regional Adult Psychiatric Beds.
