Paramedic - Team Lead - South County, MO Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC ®) is looking for an experienced Paramedic to lead our emergency-trained team in the South County, MO facility. This full‑time role offers a dynamic, high‑acuity urgent care environment where you can expand your clinical skills while stepping into leadership. Why Join the TAUC Team At TAUC we provide top‑ranked patient care using state‑of‑the‑art digital X‑ray, CT, ultrasound, EKG, and laboratory services. Our team delivers IV hydration, medication administration, laceration repair, fracture management, dislocation reduction, abscess drainage, and more. Position Highlights As a Team Lead you will: Manage a fast‑paced, high‑acuity urgent care setting. Participate in leadership training and expand knowledge in Occupational Medicine, Inventory Management, and CLIA‑certified laboratory services. Serve as a trainer and mentor to team members. Requirements Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a licensed Paramedic. Proficient urgent/emergent care clinical skills. Attention to detail to maintain patient flow and smooth site operation. Ability to work self‑sufficiently on assigned tasks. Effective, positive communication with patients and team. Interest and desire to mentor team members. Compensation & Benefits Start at $25/hr, increase to $26/hr after completing Team Lead training (≈90 days).
