Mobile Mortgage Specialist TD Securities is recruiting Mobile Mortgage Specialists across Canada. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and involves a 37.5‑hour week. Location & Hours Toronto, Ontario, Canada 37.5 hours per week Line of Business Personal & Commercial Banking Compensation Commission based earnings (details provided by recruiter) Competitive commission package with unlimited earning potential Job Summary As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist you will develop and maintain customer relationships, target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence, and achieve sales targets. Targeted sales training will be provided to build your sales skills and credit knowledge. You will work closely with a Sales Manager who will conduct joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions, and you will use a sales management system designed for the sales channel. Responsibilities Develop and grow your own business using TD’s brand Target referrals and build strong customer relationships Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics Use the sales management system to track activities and progress Participate in sales training and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with your Sales Manager on coaching and joint calls Qualifications Proven sales track record in a competitive market Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship‑management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive and strategic approach to developing a customer base Independent, self‑managed professional who enjoys developing new business Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is highly desirable Post‑secondary education preferred Benefits Essential tools for home office: laptop, email, network access and monthly phone allowance Home‑office support and equipment allowance Career development opportunities within a multinational corporation Competitive commission package with unlimited earning potential Benefits package includes health and well‑being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits and discounts, career development and recognition programs How to Apply Apply through the TD Careers site.
