Clinical Services Manager

Woolwich Community Health Centre (WCHC) is hiring a full‑time clinical manager (1.0 FTE) whose role oversees the daily operations of our primary care programs and patient services, including nursing, intake, and medical office administration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario 3–5+ years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in primary care or community health settings 2–3 years interdisciplinary nursing experience in a community‑based primary care setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to manage multiple and complex demands Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment Skills in conflict resolution, change management, and building a positive workplace culture Knowledge of/experience with health issues across the lifecycle. Specific expertise in the following areas would be considered an asset: geriatrics, palliative care, mental health, chronic disease management, maternal and infant/child health as well as familiarity with working in a rural setting. Strong facility with computer; previous experience with electronic medical records would be an asset. Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
